This concept is based on a special technique where the implants are angled, instead of vertical. This allows for the use of fewer implants (just 4 per jaw), and requires a smaller amount of bone material, eliminating long periods of bone augmentation, which is often essential in classical implantology.
It is important to note that this concept is scientifically proven and has been tested only for the Nobel Biocare implants. As such, procedures based on 4 implants by any other manufacturer cannot be called the ALL-ON-4® treatment concept, and those procedures are not backed by scientific evidence.
